Mark is the Founder and Managing Director of Professional Indemnity Insurance Brokers (PIIB), which he established in 2011. A well known industry figure, he has over four decades of specialist experience in the professional indemnity insurance market. As well as leading PIIB’s business strategy, Mark works with clients across many sectors including technology, financial services, property and construction, legal and accountancy. He remains closely involved with the PIIB client base, helping them secure the right cover, negotiate competitive terms and navigating complex or difficult claims.

Louise has well over two decades of specialist experience in professional indemnity insurance, spanning broking and cover negotiation, account management and claims handling. She began her insurance career in 2002 with SBJ Professional, later joining international broker Marsh in their commercial broking team. Louise now manages the PIIB broking team while also playing a key role in compliance and customer service.
