It is very important that your Insurer is made aware of a claim or potential claim as soon as you become aware of the matter. Failure to notify your insurer quickly could affect your policy cover, so if you're in any doubt please contact us for assistance.
If you need to notify a claim or a potential claim, please download the Claim Notification Form and submit this to us fully completed, without delay. Please provide as much information as possible to ensure any required action can be implemented quickly.
